ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

This unique training program in contact lens practice is designed to:

• Train the residents in high-quality contact lens fitting using best practices and advanced technologies in contact lens prescription and care
• Inculcate research skills that would help them conduct research studies in contact lenses that would have far-reaching impact on contact lens practice as well as contact lens wear
• Provide the know-how on all aspects of service delivery, that would extend the acceptance and reach of comprehensive contact lens services

Eligibility criteria	1. Bachelor of Clinical Optometry(B.Optom) with minimum one year clinical experience in dispensing soft and RGP contact lenses 2. Post Graduate Diploma in Optometry and Vision Science (Anterior segment module)	Bachelor of Clinical Optometry (B.Optom) with minimum one year clinical experience in comprehensive optometry

Accommodation fee	On-campus accommodation is available at a nominal fee of INR 1500/month. For on campus accommodation, please bring personal bed linen including a mattress and pillow.
Mess fee	If a trainee chooses to stay in the hostel, INR 24000/- (USD 335) for 6 months to be paid in advance along with tuition fee
