Registration
You can register individually for either or both
workshops. Simply choose the options mentioned
in the registration form. E-mail a scanned copy
of your filled registration form to milind@drmilindnaik.com
Once you hear from us about confirmation of
your options, make your payment via national
Electronic fund Transfer (fast and preferable)
or Demand draft.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations for workshop must be received via e-mail
by Saturday, Dec 31, 2016 and will be subject to a 2000
processing fee. No refunds will be granted after that
date.
