After the grand success of the first edition of EyeHEP (Eye Health Education Program) - one of LVPEI's flagship programs - we are back with our second edition.
True to our motto 'So that all may See', EyeHEP is a unique program. Designed to converge all eye health professionals in a learning and knowledge sharing process, it aims to provide scientific evidence through a range of well-crafted education programs.
EyeREP - Rehabilitation Education Program is an important module of this program and is meant for persons with vision loss, parents, professionals, educators and therapists. An initiative by LVPEI's Institute for Vision Rehabilitation, the program consists of four modules:
- Vision rehabilitation for children with Special needs: complexities, possibilities and the way forward
- Education of children with low vision
- Teachers' training program
- Importance of family support for children with VIMD (Parents' Association for the Visually Impaired (PAVI) meeting)
Brief, concise and to the point, each module is designed for specific target groups - So wait no more Register for the program. Also, share this information within your network. Let us all learn together!
